A Phase III, Randomised Study of Adjuvant Dato-DXd in Combination With Rilvegostomig or Rilvegostomig Monotherapy Versus Standard of Care, Following Complete Tumour Resection, in Participants With Stage I Adenocarcinoma NSCLC Who Are ctDNA-positive or Have High-risk Pathological Features.
