A Study of ZL-1310 in Combination With a Checkpoint Inhibitor Versus Standard of Care Platinum Based Chemotherapy With a Checkpoint Inhibitor as First-line Therapy in Participants With Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07796100 by Zai Lab (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., with a registry enrolment figure of 530 participants, started 2026-12-31 and due to reach its primary completion in 2030-06-30. Interventions recorded: ZL-1310 in combination with Atezolizumab or Durvalumab; Carboplatin/Etoposide in Combination with Atezolizumab followed by maintenance Atezolizumab with Lurbinectedin; Carboplatin/Etoposide or Cistplatin/Etoposide in Combination with Durvalumab induction followed by Durvalumab maintenance.
