Randomized Study of Plasma ctDNA Methylation to Guide Adjuvant Chemotherapy Decisions in High-Risk T3N0 Colorectal Cancer is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07562711 by Fudan University, with a registry enrolment figure of 340 participants, started 2024-11-01 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-12-31.
