A Randomized Controlled Trial of Plasma ctDNA Methylation-Guided Adjuvant Chemotherapy Decision-Making in High-Risk Stage III (T4N+ or T1-3N2) Colorectal Cancer is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07562490 by Fudan University, with a registry enrolment figure of 100 participants, started 2025-04-01 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-12-31.
