Long-course Chemoradiotherapy or Short-course Radiotherapy Combined With CAPOX, PD-1antibody, and COX-2 Inhibitor for MSS Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer (SERRAC) is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07150949 by Fudan University, with a registry enrolment figure of 138 participants, started 2025-08-28 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-08-31.
