Node-Sparing Short-Course Radiotherapy Plus Chemotherapy, Bevacizumab and PD-1 Inhibitor in Metastatic pMMR/MSS Colorectal Cancer (MODIFI-CRC) is a phase 2/3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT06958419 by Sixth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, with a registry enrolment figure of 286 participants, started 2025-05-01 and due to reach its primary completion in 2030-12-31.
