XELOX Plus DoSTARlimab Versus XELOX Alone as Consolidation Treatment After Standard Chemoradiation in pMMR/MSS or MSI-Low Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer (LARC) Patients is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07381777 by Gruppo Oncologico Italiano di Ricerca Clinica, with a registry enrolment figure of 270 participants, started 2026-01-31 and due to reach its primary completion in 2028-07-01.
