Pancreatic Cancer Diagnosis With FAPI-PET Imaging is a phase 2/3, interventional study registered as NCT07098598 by Turku University Hospital, with a registry enrolment figure of 100 participants, started 2024-10-09 and due to reach its primary completion in 2026-10. Interventions recorded: PET/CT. Conditions listed: Positron Emission Tomography; Pancreatic Cancer; FAPI; Diagnostics; Recurrent Pancreatic Cancer; Oncologic Surgery; Imaging, Diagnostic; Staging. Primary outcome: 1) To assess the sensitivity and specificity of 18F-FAPI-74 PET/CT in detection of local lymph node metastasis in patient level in patients with primary pancreatic cancer; 2) To assess the sensitivity and specificity 18F-FAPI-74 PET/CT in detection of distant metastasis in patient level in patients .
