ctDNA-MRD Guided Escalation of Ivonescimab and Docetaxel in Advanced NSCLC With Long-Term Responses to First-line Immunotherapy (CR1STAL-Adaptive) is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT06951646 by Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, with a registry enrolment figure of 70 participants, started 2026-03-10 and due to reach its primary completion in 2028-07-01.
