Modified Long-Course Radiotherapy Followed by Chemotherapy and PD-1 Inhibitor for MSS/pMMR High-risk Mid/Low LARC (MODIFI-RC-I) is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT06923345 by Sixth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, with a registry enrolment figure of 80 participants, started 2025-03-31 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-12-31.
