Metformin for the Treatment of mCRC Patients Undergoing FOLFIRI Plus Target Therapy is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT06826092 by Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital, with a registry enrolment figure of 110 participants, started 2022-10-31 and due to reach its primary completion in 2025-12-31.
