Multicenter Validation Trial of [18F]AlF-FAPI-74 for PET Imaging of Cancer-associated Fibroblasts Through Fibroblast Activation Protein Inhibitors (FAPI) in Different Tumor Types is a phase 2/3, interventional study registered as NCT06782412 by KU Leuven, with a registry enrolment figure of 109 participants, started 2025-02-06 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-12.
