Open-label Phase 2 Study of Avutometinib (RAF/MEK Clamp) in Combination With Defactinib (FAK Inhibitor) and Cetuximab in Patients With Unresectable, Anti-EGFR-Refractory Advanced Colorectal Cancer is a phase 2, interventional study registered as NCT06369259 by M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, with a registry enrolment figure of 33 participants, started 2025-02-24 and due to reach its primary completion in 2029-02-01.
