The Possible Protective Role of Ketotifen Against Oxaliplatin Induced Peripheral Neuropathy is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT05624138 by Tanta University, with a registry enrolment figure of 64 participants, started 2022-11-09 and due to reach its primary completion in 2024-04-04. Interventions recorded: Placebo tablets; Ketotifen Oral Tablet. Conditions listed: Neuropathy;Peripheral. Primary outcome: variation in 12-item neurotoxicity questionnaire (Ntx-12) total score; variation in pain rating scale score; the percentage of patients with peripheral sensory neuropathy grade ≥ 2.
