SCRT Sequential Penpulimab in Combination With CAPEOX in the Neoadjuvant Treatment of MSS Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer is a phase 2, interventional study registered as NCT05576480 by Ruijin Hospital, with a registry enrolment figure of 55 participants, started 2023-02-06 and due to reach its primary completion in 2025-10.
