This German study assigns additional treatment after surgery according to tumour profiling. Its olaparib arm can accept qualifying tumour-only BRCA alterations.
The registry lists NCT05332561 as recruiting, last updated 2025-03-20. Enrolment is 240 planned participants, an estimate. Interventions: Atezolizumab 1200 mg in 20 ML Injection, Inavolisib, Ipatasertib, Olaparib, Sacituzumab govitecan, Trastuzumab/pertuzumab. Primary measures include Invasive Disease-free Survival (IDFS) as defined by Hudis et al in the entire study population four years after surgery. No results are posted in the registry; this does not exclude separate publications. The current registry lists German sites and no US site. Arm 4 accepts inactivating somatic or germline BRCA1/2, including homozygous deletions, or inactivating germline PALB2, with assignment exclusively determined by the molecular tumour board. Separate arms target separate pathways; the platform is not a combined PARP regimen or proof of adjuvant benefit for somatic-only BRCA.
The full inclusion and exclusion criteria are on the registry record. Read 2026-10-07. Recruiting overall does not mean a particular site is open; ask the study team.
