Preoperative Chemoradiotherapy With CApecitabine and Temozolomide in MGMT Silenced, MSS, Locally Advanced RecTal Cancer is a phase 2, interventional study registered as NCT05136326 by Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, Milano, with a registry enrolment figure of 21 participants, started 2021-12-01 and due to reach its primary completion in 2023-12.
