Efficacy and Safety of TPIAT for Resectable Adenocarcinoma of the Pancreas Region at High Risk of Postoperative Fistula is a phase 1/2, interventional study registered as NCT05116072 by University Hospital, Lille, with a registry enrolment figure of 36 participants, started 2022-02-20 and due to reach its primary completion in 2028-02-20. Interventions recorded: total pancreatectomy; intraportal islet autotransplantation. Conditions listed: Adenocarcinoma of the Pancreas; Adenocarcinoma of the Duodenum; Ampullary Adenocarcinoma. Primary outcome: the rate of patients who have completed the chemotherapy planned.
