Neoadjuvant Toripalimab With or Without Celecoxib in dMMR/MSI-H Colorectal Cancer is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT03926338 by Sun Yat-sen University, with a registry enrolment figure of 270 participants, started 2019-05-10 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-04-01. Interventions recorded: Neoadjuvant toripalimab plus celecoxib for 6 cycles; Neoadjuvant toripalimab monotherapy for 6 cycles; Neoadjuvant toripalimab plus celecoxib for 12 cycles; Neoadjuvant toripalimab monotherapy for 12 cycles; Toripalimab plus celecoxib as neoadjuvant or definitive therapy. Conditions listed: Colorectal Cancer; Mismatch Repair-deficient (dMMR); Microsatellite Instability-high (MSI-H); Neoadjuvant Therapy. Primary outcome: Pathological complete response (pCR) rates (PICC-1 and PICC-2 cohorts); Event-free survival (EFS) (PICC-3 cohort).
