Colorectal Metastasis Prevention International Trial 2 is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT03919461 by Assaf-Harofeh Medical Center, with a registry enrolment figure of 200 participants, started 2019-02-28 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-02-28. Interventions recorded: Propranolol and etodolac; Placebo. Conditions listed: Colorectal Neoplasms. Primary outcome: 5-year disease-free-survival; Biomarkers in extracted tumor tissue samples assessing pro- and anti-metastatic processes; Biomarkers in blood samples assessing pro- and anti-metastatic processes.
