Tests whether a two-armed antibody against EGFR and a stem-cell marker can lift first-line immunotherapy results in head and neck cancer.
Phase 2 petosemtamab + pembrolizumab reported ORR ~63% in first-line PD-L1-positive HNSCC (ASCO 2025), far above pembrolizumab's historical ~19-23%. LiGeR-HN1 (first line, includes HPV-positive disease) and LiGeR-HN2 (second line, monotherapy vs chemotherapy) are the registrational trials; interim analyses expected 2026-27.
The full inclusion and exclusion criteria are on the registry record. Read 2026-10-07. Recruiting overall does not mean a particular site is open; ask the study team.
