Overview
Hummingbird Bioscience uses its Rational Antibody Discovery platform to design antibodies against epitopes that block receptor function. HMBD-001 binds the dimerisation interface of HER3 and prevents ligand-dependent and ligand-independent signalling; it entered the clinic with Cancer Research UK in advanced solid tumours including NRG1 fusion-positive cancers. Other programmes include the VISTA antibody HMBD-002 and antibody-drug conjugates.
