Rafael Pharmaceuticals, majority owned by Rafael Holdings, developed devimistat (CPI-613) for pancreatic cancer and acute myeloid leukaemia. After both phase 3 trials missed their endpoints in 2021 and 2022 the company was renamed Cornerstone Pharmaceuticals and refocused its pipeline.
