Alphamab developed envafolimab, the first subcutaneous PD-L1 antibody approved anywhere, and the HER2 bispecific ADC JSKN003.
Alphamab Oncology, based in Suzhou, founded in 2008 and listed in Hong Kong as 9966.HK, developed envafolimab, the first subcutaneous PD-L1 antibody approved anywhere, and the HER2 bispecific ADC JSKN003. Envafolimab, sold as Enweida, was approved in 2021; KN026, a HER2 biparatopic bispecific, is in phase 3 in gastric and breast cancer; and JSKN003 and JSKN033, a subcutaneous PD-L1 plus HER2 ADC combination, are in trials, all built on its single-domain antibody platform. OnCo links it to HER2 and PD-L1 as targets and to the envafolimab record. Whether subcutaneous dosing wins meaningful share in a class dominated by intravenous antibodies is the open question. Envafolimab has its own page.
Envafolimab is the first PD-L1 antibody given as a quick injection under the skin rather than an infusion, approved in China for advanced tumours with mismatch-repair deficiency.
JSKN003 is an experimental investigational agent whose form is not stated in the registry from Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals in phase 3 trials for HR-positive / HER2-negative breast cancer and HER2-positive breast cancer, with its target not yet stated publicly.
JSKN016 is an experimental drug that targets two proteins on cancer cells and carries chemotherapy. It has reached phase 3 testing; earlier response findings do not prove comparative benefit.
