OiOi penguin Acknowledgements

Independently hosted and adapted by OiOi Academy, with thanks to Jude Gomila and the OnCo contributors for making their work available.

Data from OnCo (onco.cc), licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0. The underlying corpus remains the work of OnCo and its contributors. This edition adapts the branding, navigation and hosting for free, non-commercial educational use.

The penguin illustration and OiOi interface adaptations are separate from the original OnCo work. Clinical statements and original citations have not been independently revalidated by this deployment. Nothing here is medical advice.

Original data licence and notices

The contents of src/data/ (the OnCo corpus: the text, structure, curation and
derived files that OnCo made) are copyright OnCo and its contributors.

They are licensed for non-commercial use under the Creative Commons

Free: individual and educational use (personal, academic, charitable and other
  non-profit use), with attribution.
Paid: commercial use (for example inside a paid product, a commercial
  service, advertising-funded redistribution or a company's internal
data pipeline) must contact us and pay for the data. Ask through

Contributions accepted into the corpus are licensed to OnCo on the same terms
so that the whole corpus can be offered under one licence.

The corpus describes third-party products, organisations, trials and publications.
Facts are not copyrightable; the licence covers OnCo's selection, arrangement,
wording and derived files. Trademarks belong to their owners. Linked external
sources and anything ingested from upstream keep their own licences, recorded in
docs/DATA-SOURCES.md and per file where relevant. Nothing in the corpus is medical
advice.

Logos under public/logos/ are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown for
identification only (nominative use). Files sourced from Wikimedia Commons carry their own
licences and attribution, recorded per file in public/logos/index.json. Favicons are the
organisations' own site icons, fetched via Google's favicon service.

Portraits under public/portraits/ are photographs from Wikimedia Commons, taken only from the image
(P18) attached to the person's Wikidata item and only when the file carries a free licence (CC0,
CC BY 1.0-4.0, CC BY-SA 1.0-4.0 or public domain). Each file keeps its own licence, which is not
CC BY 4.0 unless stated; the licence, author, attribution line and Commons file page are recorded
per person in public/portraits/index.json and shown on every page that displays the image (title
attribute on the picture and a credit line on the person page). No institutional or news photographs
are copied. To request removal or a correction, open a GitHub issue.
